SMD Metal Plate Current Jumper Resistors

FORT's Metal Alloy current jumper resistors, CPM series, could be applied in high power applications to replace jumper wire for better stability or copper coin for cost saving.

CPM series is SMD metal plate current jumper resistors (with marking R000 or 0R).

According to different requirements, when the reserved switch established in the main loop is not used, jumper wire therefore is used as short-cut. When the main circuit current is too high to use a conventional jumper wire, FORT's metal alloy current jumper resistors, CPM series, are suitable to replace jumper wire in concern of surge resistance. FORT's CPM series, surface mounted device (SMD), could also be used when there is limited space for plug-in jumper and increase assembly efficiency for small mount technology (SMT) for automatic insertion. In some applications, FORT's SMD metal jumper resistors could also replace copper coin when copper coins are costly.
